Please feel free to contact any one of us for questions about the Association.
Anyone interested in getting involved in rental properties or already have investment properties are invited to come and  network with others in a sharing of knowledge.

Our meetings are the 3rd  Tuesday of each month at 7:00 PM at Carnegie Village, 107 Bernard Drive in Belton. in the Ice Cream Parlor on the 2nd floor.   Join with other landlords experiencing the same problems you may have and acquire answers to situations you are currently facing.  You do not have to live or own property in Cass County.  Our members are from all over the area.  Past meetings have focused on topics such as leases, tenant-property management, eviction proceedings and other topics as requested.
